HIV & AIDS Deconstructed
Monday, November 26, 2012 through Friday, December 7, 2012
Location: Cross-Cultural Center Conference Room
“HIV & AIDS Deconstructed” utilizes text from demographical data created by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Center for HIV/AIDS. The census report analyzes data from the 1970’s through 2010 on how HIV & AIDS affects various groups in the United States. The artwork attempts to engage the reader/viewer about the subject matter in hopes that it will encourage self-initiated learning about HIV & AIDS. A binder of the actual reports will be on site for those who wish to see the facts in its original context.
