GF Bruschetta & Pasta

Just because you are choosing to or have to eat gluten-free and have to pass up the delicious bread and pasta while out with friends doesn’t mean you can’t indulge in Italian tonight. Pull this shopping list up on your phone to make sure you have the needed ingredients.
*Olive oil and garlic salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Boil the pasta, be careful not to over cook as it can happen very quickly with gluten-free pasta. Add garlic salt and olive oil to boiling water for added flavor. Once pasta is cooked place in baking dish and place in oven to bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. A few minutes before you remove the pasta dish from the oven sprinkle mozzarella on top to melt.
Cut gf bread in triangles. Dip one side of gf bread into olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, toast for five minutes in oven on 250 degrees. Now add marinated mozzarella balls on each piece. Place back in oven until melted. Once melted take out, arrange on plate with olive oil, top with Bruschetta topping and enjoy!
