Peace for the People: Free Weekly Meditation

Improve your mental and emotional health with meditation. There is no right or wrong way to meditate, no special sitting positions or equipment, and no right frames of mind. Many people fear they don’t know how to meditate or that they are not doing it right. Jeff Zlotnik and The Meditation Initiative have simplified it for you. All you have to do is make the time to come to the library, sit and meditate.
