Trader Joe’s – Meat, Feta Cheese & Spinach
Published on February 16th, 2013
I was in Trader Joe’s looking for dinner options in the Hillcrest location. These steak rolls with feta cheese and spinach caught my eye! Even raw they looked mouthwatering. The price tag of $14 took me back and almost deterred me from purchasing but I figured Trader Joe’s had never let me down on quality AND if Trader Joe’s is valuing these meat at that price, its for a reason. Boy was I right, they were amazing! Splurge this once, you will love them!
TJ’s – Steak with Feta Cheese and Spinach
TJ’s – Caesar Salad Kit
TJ’s – Olive Oil
TJ’s – Carrots
TJ’s – Potatoes (Your call, golden, red, rainbow)
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat oven to 350, place these amazing meat creations on a baking tray. Cook for about 20-25 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check for a safe temperature. I threw the carrots and potatoes, cut in fourths, in the steamer 15 minutes before the meat was set to be complete. Once the potatoes were done I placed them in a bowl and added olive oil and a dash of sea salt, stir and serve. Prepare the salad kit. I think the meat would look amazing on a bed of salad. Regardless how your presentation looks, this meal is not one to miss!
