Yoga in the Park – Saturday’s in March & April

This time of year the weather is amazing to get out and workout! Join Erica at Bird Park on Saturday’s in March and April for a free Yoga session. These 90-minute yoga sessions are for Level 1-2 and beginners are more than welcome! These sessions will focus on Pranayama (breathwork), Asana, Balance, Flexbility & Alignment.

Bring your mat & a positive attitude!
