Getting Healthy with the Girls – Yoga + Healthy Cooking

Join private weight loss Coach Sara Christensen for a Saturday morning of getting healthy with the girls! Sorry, guys, this one is only for the ladies. Bring your own mat or let Sara know ahead of time if you want to borrow one. Bring small hand weights (3 or 4 pound ones would be perfect) if you have them.

After your amazing yoga session you will move into the kitchen and Sara will teach you how to make easy, healthy snacks! You’ll dig your hands in and help prepare some of these goodies. You will be making low-calorie, nutrient-dense foods that will nourish your body such as deviled eggs, crab salad, skinny buffalo dip, frozen yogurt bites and more! Plus Sara will share a huge list of healthy snack items that take little to no prep in the kitchen.

**Yoga will start promptly at 9am, so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and roll out your yoga mat.

PRICE: $50 per attendee. Ladies only. Includes lots of appetizers, snacks, smoothies, juice, a recipe booklet and a huge list of healthy snack ideas.
