Gluten-Free Baking Class

For those who have gluten sensitivities, now is not the time to give up on baked goods. With the new grain flours and gluten free mixes now available, all you may need is to learn how to use the best combination for sweet and savory baked goods. Join Chef Kate and try recipes from basic pie dough, muffins, cookies and yes, bread. Limit 15 kitchen participants (register online at the link below). Observers are welcome to drop in – no ticket required.
There will be a $5.00 charge for food supplies per person when you participate in the kitchen (observers are free).
